Expectations
- Clinicians are required to complete an identity verification as part of the Axuall wallet experience and account credentialing requirements. This involves:
- Text verification to mobile device
- Identity check via live ID check leveraging OnFido
Common Challenges
- Receiving the link from OnFido
- Scanning a QR code with a mobile device
- Blurry Photos
Steps to complete
- On the Identity Verification screen, click 'Verify Identity'
- Next, choose your document (Passport or Driver's License)
- Click 'Get Secure Link'
- Open the Camera app on your phone (do not download any third party applications)
- Point the camera at the QR code on your computer screen (do not download any third party applications)
- Tap the banner that appears on your phone (it should resemble something like the image below)
- Once you are connected, your computer screen should say 'Connected to your mobile
Please do not close out of the small window
- Your phone screen should display the message 'Mobile session linked to your computer,' as shown in the image below. To proceed with the verification, please click 'Continue.'
If prompted to enable camera access, please follow steps 9 & 10. - Please enable camera access to continue. We cannot verify your identity without your camera. To proceed, click 'Enable Camera'
- When prompted with "id.onfido.com Would Like to Access the Camera," please select 'Allow'
If you continue to experience difficulties after completing steps 9 & 10 and are advised to use basic camera mode, please follow these additional steps for enabling camera access in your web browser
a. Select 'aA'to the left of the address or URL bar as shown in the image below
b. Select 'Website Settings'
c. Ensure the camera access is set to 'Allow' (you can adjust the setting back once this has been completed)
d. Click 'Done' and then refresh your browser
- Take a photo of your passport or the front & back of your driver's license.
It's important to ensure that your driver's license or passport is placed on a flat surface, and that you hold your phone as still as possible when capturing the image. This will enhance the clarity and accuracy of the picture.
- Make sure your image is clear and click 'Submit photo'
- When finished, your phone should say 'Uploads successful'
- When the message above appears on your mobile device, return to the application. You will see this screen. Click “Submit verification”.
Please note: If you exit this window instead of clicking “Submit verification”, you will have to redo the process.
