If you are experiencing difficulties logging in to your Axuall account, please ensure you are using the correct email address on file. If you are unsure which email you are registered with, please reach out to support.
If you have encountered an expired link or password, please go to https://my.axuall.net and click "Forgot Password?" Enter the email address we have on file, and click 'SEND EMAIL' You will receive an email with a new link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
Click on the link provided within the email and follow the steps to reset your password. Once you have successfully reset your password, please return to https://my.axuall.net. On the login page, enter either your email or your NPI as your username, along with your newly created password.
Please note, the link in your original invitation email will expire after 5 days and will not work after its initial use. You will need to go directly to https://my.axuall.net for future logins.
